Meet the Team

Our team is small by design. The people discussing the sewer problem, planning access, and coordinating the work stay close to the details of each project.

The People You Will Work With

Miguel Alvarez

Owner and Sewer Repair Specialist

Miguel founded Pasadena Sewer Repair after years of working around older sewer systems throughout the Los Angeles area. He is especially interested in finding practical ways to repair lines beneath established yards and hardscape, and he spends his weekends cooking for extended family and taking early walks around Pasadena with his rescue dog, Bruno.

Daniel Kim

Field Lead

Daniel coordinates field preparation and keeps a close eye on access, existing pipe conditions, and the sequence of trenchless work. He grew up around the San Gabriel Valley and has a habit of photographing old construction details and utility covers when he is out exploring local neighborhoods.

Elena Park

Project Coordinator

Elena helps customers understand scheduling, project steps, and what to expect before work begins. She lives in the Los Angeles area, volunteers at neighborhood cleanup events when her schedule allows, and is known on the team for keeping detailed notes so questions do not get lost between the first conversation and the field work.

How We Work Together

We start by listening to what the property owner has already experienced: backups, root clearing, slow drains, previous repairs, or known clay pipe. From there, we focus on the condition and route of the sewer and compare the repair methods that realistically fit.

Once a direction is chosen, Daniel focuses on the field sequence, Elena keeps communication organized, and Miguel stays involved in the repair plan. Our goal is not to make sewer work sound simpler than it is. It is to make the reasoning behind the work easier to understand.
